All SureCape services are pre-booked and privately arranged. 

Upon successful booking, confirmation is generated instantly and sent automatically to the registered email address and WhatsApp number.

For hotel or residential pickups, the driver will wait at the closest safe and accessible location to the pickup address.

SureCape provides Airport Transfers, Corporate Transfers, VIP Transfers, Luxury Transfers, and private shuttles throughout Cape Town, including the CBD, V&A Waterfront, Sea Point, Green Point, Camps Bay, Century City, and surrounding suburbs.

We also operate within approximately 100km of Cape Town, including Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, Somerset West, and Hermanus.

Use of SureCape’s services is undertaken at the client’s own risk.
SureCape, its directors, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, loss of profits, death, bodily injury, or loss of property whatsoever.

SureCape reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, road closures, or operational constraints.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, SureCape reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a refund.

If SureCape is directly responsible for a passenger missing a flight, compensation will be limited to a maximum of R2,000 per passenger for that flight.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance, including travel and personal insurance, to cover any potential losses.

Clients indemnify and hold harmless SureCape, its directors, employees, agents, and contractors against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of SureCape’s services.
